Membership Cards on-line
The following instructions were provided by International when I requested ordering information for blank membership forms.Now
club
secretaries have a report where they can print membership cards for
their members from the WMMR site. They can choose from printing either
8 or 10 cards per sheet, print black and white or color cards, choose
the individual members name(s) and choose an end date. The report will
automatically format the cards for printing. All they
have to supply is the standard business card stock – either 8
or 10 cards per sheet.
Please refer to
the
following instructions:- After logging in to WMMR, click Reports
- Click Print next to Membership Cards
- Choose your paper size.
- Choose the number of cards per page and whether you would like color or black and white
- Choose an expiration date.
- Select the members you would like to print cards for
- A counter will be displayed under the members selected list to show you the number of cards you will need
- Click Run Report
- Any 8 per page or 10 per page business card labels can be used.
- All of the information will be filled in except for the signatures.
- After putting the business card stock in your printer, click the Adobe Print Icon
- IMPORTANT - Set Page Scaling to None to ensure cards print correctly
- Click OK
Your District's M & A Report Form
We now have available an M&A Form courtesy of Governor Jerry Howard. Please follow the "Link" to download it, fill in the blanks and e-mail or send it to the district officers indicated at the bottom of the M & A form.Simply "click" on the link for the "M& A Form" which will download and open the report in MS Word. After providing the requested information, you may save a copy on your computer. On the "File" pull-down menue select "Save as" and provide a location on your hard drive for hard-copy reference and mailing. Alternatively, you may go to the "File" pull down menue and select "Send to" which opens a Message Composition window. Again supply the required information and click the "Send" button.
